Elizabeth Anne Patrick McClelland, age 87, of Jackson, GA passed away February 18, 2016 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin, GA. Anne was born September 19, 1928 in Jackson, GA to the late Edward Dean Patrick and Annie Sue Redman Patrick. She was employed by the Department of Family and Children Services for many years before her retirement. She was preceded in death by her brother, John L. Patrick of Canton, NC. Anne enjoyed playing cards and taught many people in Jackson how to play bridge. She was an avid and skilled bowler and was on several bowling leagues. She loved antiquing and at one time owned an antique store in Jackson. After retirement she lived at Jackson Lake where she enjoyed boating and fishing with friends.
Anne is survived by her son, Joey McClelland of Jackson, GA and his children Joseph of Atlanta, GA and Allison and her husband Moses Chapman who reside in Snellville, GA. Her daughter Cissy and her husband Jackie Worley of Jackson, GA and their children, Audry and her husband Jim Campbell and their two children Dean and Laura all of Spring Hill, TN and Macey and her husband Kyle Riley and their children Zacc and Harper of Jackson, GA. Her daughter Susan Pratt and her husband Ed of Trion, GA and their children David Luthi and his wife Stephanie and their children Rebecca and Melody of Wilder KY and Chris Luthi and his children Joseph, Kathryn and Zack of Cleveland, GA. Her daughter Deanna Emory and her son Laurs of St. Simons Island, GA.
Funeral services for Elizabeth Anne Patrick McClelland will be Monday, February 22, 2016 at 1:00PM. Dr. Ed Hoard will officiate with interment in Jackson City Cemetery.
