Bonnie Jean Bowen

Mrs. Bonnie Jean Bowen, age 70 of Griffin, passed away Friday March 7, 2025, at the Regency Hospital in Macon. Bonnie was born Sunday May 2, 1954, to the late James Francis & Jean Dixon Brown, who survives. She attended Stockbridge High School and had been employed by Republic Airlines; she was a homemaker. Bonnie was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. She liked sewing, working crossword puzzles and spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by her husband of 26 years, William E. Bowen, her mother, Jean Dixon Brown, her daughter and son in law; Amanda & Rogelio Sanchez of Griffin, daughter-in-law, Heaven Bradford, 8 grandchildren: Cameron, Carrie, Kayle, Bryson, Christine, Ian, Landon and Logan, and her great granddaughter; Maggie.

Bonnie is also survived by her brother & sister-in-law Butch & Darlene Brown of Forest Park, her sister and brother-in-law Alison & Gary Collier of Mt. Juliet, TN. her brother-in-law Danny Kincad.  Along with her father, Bonnie is preceded in death by her son, Chris Bradford, and her sister, Connie Kincad.

A Memorial Service for Mrs. Bonnie Jean Bowen will be conducted Saturday March 29, 2025, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, Rev. Daniel DeJong will officiate. Visitation with the Family will begin at 1 PM on the 29th at the Funeral Home.
