Charles Lennis Hart

Mr. Charles Lennis Hart, age 60 of Jackson, passed away at his residence Wednesday evening May 24, 2023. He was born in Atlanta on Monday, January 7, 1963, to Charles Hart and the late Eudora Montez Burford Hart. Lennis was employee at Snapper Equipment for 25 years, after the plant closed, he was a handy man and jack of all trades and was also employed at Toga Mfg. as a press operator for the last few years until his health forced his retirement. Lennis enjoyed anything outdoors, in his spare time he could be found hunting, riding his Harley, grilling or working on cars.

Lennis is survived by his son; Jared Charles Hart, daughter; Ashley & Chad Feltman, all of Jackson, granddaughter; Kynslie Feltman, and several nieces and nephews. Along with his mother, Lennis is preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Tracie Hart.

A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Charles Lennis Hart will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 1 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev. Heath Miller will officiate. You may visit with the Family at the Funeral Home from Noon until the hour of Service.
