Cynthia (Cyndi) Jane Layman

Cynthia Jane Layman (Cyndi) age 56, of Monroe County, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at her residence. She was born Wednesday, August 25, 1965, in Atlanta, GA to the late Perry Jones and Barbara Edwards, who survives.

Cyndi will be remembered as a devoted mother & grandmother who so willingly shared her light and love with others. She enjoyed gardening and brought life to every flower she touched.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 35 years; Raymond Lamar Layman, children; Dustin McDaniel of Forsyth, Lindsey McDaniel of Jackson and Scarlett Layman of Savannah, mother; Barbara Edwards of Jackson, granddaughter; Aubree Faith McDaniel, brother; Mark Jones of Jackson, and special nephew, Clint Jones.

Funeral Services for Cynthia Jane Layman (Cyndi), will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 2:00 PM, at the Paran Baptist Church in the Blount Community of Monroe County, Mr. Terrell Frye will officiate. Interment will follow the Service in the Church Cemetery. The Family will receive friends Friday evening, August 26, at the Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
