Estelle Kidd

   Estelle Gober Kidd, age 87 of Lizella, GA, former resident of Jackson, GA passed away July 26, 2016 at the Pine Pointe Hospice in Macon, GA. She was born August 12, 1928 in Commerce, GA daughter of the late Henry Branham Gober and Ruby Minnish Gober. She was wife of the late Hal Douglas Kidd. She was a Medical Transcriptionist before her retirement. She was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she taught a Sunday School Class. 

Survivors include her sons, James Ray Kidd and Brenda, Cummings, GA, Randy F. and Diane R. Kidd of Moorsville, NC, daughter, Kay and John Waldron of Lizella, GA; grandchildren, Stephanie Armisted (Jason), Danny Dickens (Heather), Doug Kidd (Beth), Joe Kidd, Tammy Shumaker (Craven), Katie Harrison (Justin) great grandchildren, Dalton Armistead, Justin Armistead, Mary Dickens, Hannah Dickens, Henry Kidd, Ashlyn Shumaker, Katherine Shumaker, Pete Shumaker and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brother Gene Talmadge Gober.

Funeral services for Estelle Gober Kidd will be Friday, July 29, 2016 at Noon at the graveside at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Jim Hardy will officiate. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 10:00AM until 11:30AM.
