Hazel Virginia Watkins

Hazel Virginia Watkins, age 64, died on June 16, 2019 at Dream Catcher in Jackson, GA. She was the daughter of Richard Wright Watkins and Elizabeth Hood Watkins and the youngest of three daughters.

Virginia had an insatiable love of animals and nature. She was the owner and operator of Virginia’s Clip and Dip for thirty five years. She loved gardening and caring for her pets. She is survived by her two sisters, Rachael Browning of Jackson, GA and Ann Gustafson of Bluffton, SC.

Virginia will always be remembered for her welcoming smile and generous nature. She was a positive influence on those who knew her.

Her family will greet friends on Wednesday, June 19, between 4:00 and 8:00PM at Carson and Haley Browning’s residence, 100 Dave Bailey Road, Flovilla, GA, 30216.

Afterwards, the family will have a private gathering to pay their respects.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dream Catcher’s staff for their attentiveness and loving care.
