James Edward “Red” Williamson, age 73, of Jackson, GA passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born June 1, 1943 son of the late John Edward Williamson and Janetta Turner Williamson. He owned the House of Gifts and Pawn Shop in Jackson. He served in the United States Military.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, James Eston Williamson and Kim Williamson, John Wesley Williamson and Shonna Williamson, Brandon Jacob Williamson and Anna Williamson, Five Grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Williamson Edwards and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for James Edward “Red” Williamson will be Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 12:00PM Noon in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Mr. Rudy Mangham will officiate with interment in the Pepperton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 5:00 – 8:00PM.
