Obituary
Jennifer Jean Moss Yell age 73 of Jackson, passed away Friday afternoon June 23, 2023 at WellStar Cobb Hospital, with her family at her side. Jean was born Wednesday July 6, 1947 in Griffin, GA to the late Nesbitt & Virginia Brown Moss.
Jean graduated Jackson High School in 1967 then earned a degree in Early Childhood Education before beginning a 33 ½ year career with ATT. She attended the Jackson Church of the Nazarene, and she loved crossword and jig saw puzzles.
Jean is survived by two sons; Steven Yell and Darrel Yell, both of Jackson, and a daughter; Sherry Tyler of Michigan, two grandchildren; Lilly Yell of Jackson and Katlyn Whatley of Dublin along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents Jean is preceded in death by her sister, Shelia Leigh Kelly.
Graveside Services for Jennifer Jean Moss Yell will be held Wednesday June 28 at 1:00 PM in the Old Bethel Cemetery, Rev. Charles Yell will officiate. The Family will receive friends Wednesday morning beginning June 28 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
