Joyce Fulmer Obituary

Joyce Aillene Elrod Fulmer, age 79, of McDonough, passed away early Monday morning, July 29, 2019 at her residence. She was born in St. Augustine, FL January 13, 1940. She was wife of the late Donald W. Fulmer. She was employed by Owens Illinois as a Lab Tech for several years. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Henry County.

Mrs. Fulmer was survived by her daughter, Sterlen Ramsey, her granddaughter, Alexandra Ragan, grandsons; Brandon Blackmon, Richard Blackmon, Lincoln Ragan, Skylar, Brenden, Emma and Landon.

Funeral services for Joyce Fulmer will be Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 3 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home in Jackson Rev. Chuck Sheppard will officiate, internment will be in the Locust Grove Cemetery, in Locust Grove GA. Visitation will be Friday August 2 from 6 PM until 8 PM.
