Larry Cowan Obituary

Larry Alton Cowan, age 66, of Jackson, GA passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Henry County, GA March 6, 1950 son of the late Alton Grady Cowan and Elon Moseley Cowan. He attended Jackson High School and was a Conductor for the Norfolk-Southern Railroad before his retirement. He enjoyed riding his tractor.

Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Doug Bailey; granddaughters, Aleah Bailey and Olivia Knowles; son, Scott P. Cowan; sisters, Madelyn King and Linda Raney.

There will be a memorial service Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2:00PM at the Stark United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Haisten Funeral Home of Jackson is in charge of arrangements for Larry Alton Cowan.
