Martha Lynn Davis

Ms. Martha Lynn Davis, age 79, passed away late Saturday night, June 7, 2025, at PruittHealth – Monroe where she had resided for the last several months. She was born Friday, January 4, 1946, in Pontiac, MI to the late Lenora Elmore & William Davis. Ms. Davis had resided in Long Beach, CA, Black Canyon City, AZ and Glendale, AZ before settling in Jackson. She loved shopping, going to garage sales, her babies, everything Disney and the entire firefighting community.

Survivors include nephew; Ed & Katherine Cooper of McDonough, niece; Glenda & David Smalley, great nephews; Christopher Cooper of Barnesville, and Brian Suttles of Locust Grove along with great nieces; Camile & Shawn Tice of Barnesville, Marlena Suttles, great-great nephew Stephen & Callie Tice, of Jackson, great-great nieces; Natilie Tice, Sam & William Wilson of Lithonia, Abigail & Braylen Cantrell of Molena. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her nephew, James Nolan Suttles and her niece, Susan & James Suttles.

A Memorial Services for Ms. Martha Lynn Davis will be held Thursday, June 12 at 3 PM, in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, Dr. Ed Hoard will officiate. The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home beginning at 2 PM on the day of the Service. An additional Service will be conducted in Glendale, AZ at a date to be announced later.
