Michael Stanley Temples

Michael Stanley Temples, age 48, of Covington passed away Wednesday August 25, 2021 at Piedmont Newton Hospital after a brief illness. Michael was born Thursday November 2, 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late James Donald Temples and Wanda Jean Reece Temples, who survives. He was a graduate of Stockbridge High School, Class of 1991 and a proud Veteran of The United States Navy. He enjoyed spending his free time camping, fishing, boating and spending time with his Family and Friends.  At the time of his death Michael was employed as a truck driver for Sunbelt Rentals. Michael was a great husband, father and grandfather. He was the best friend anyone could ever have. He loved unconditionally and valued his friends and family dearly. He was a social butterfly and the life of any party.

Michael is survived by his wife of five years; Tammy Ann Temples, two daughters; Mikah Kaitlyn Temples and Chelsie Temples, step-children; Corey Stephens and Savannah Stephens, his Mother; Wanda Reese Temples, two grandchildren; Layton Stephens and Gunner Stephens, brother; Rob Temples and two sisters; Carolyn Robinson and Annette Rowe.

Let’s get together and celebrate his life this Sunday August 29, 2021 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM, at the home of Alan and Brandi Farmer: 370 Parker Rd. Covington, GA 30016. Please dress in casual attire (shorts and flip flops). Flowers can be sent to the family residence: 50 Aiken Way, Covington, GA 30016.
