Rebecca Kathleen (Pinson) Whitaker

Mrs. Rebecca Kathleen Pinson Whitaker, age 64 of Jenkinsburg, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023. She was born Friday, August 1, 1958 in Atlanta, GA to the late John Collins & Rebecca Allen Pinson. Mrs. Whitaker graduated Sequoyah High School and was a full-time housewife and Mother to her two children. She was the wife of the late Mack Whitaker, who passed away in March of this year and she loved music and was a member of the Jenkinsburg United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Whitaker is survived by one son; Allen Miles of Covington and one daughter; Becky Lee Miles of Monroe along with two grandchildren; Everly Kline Monroe and Kaylen Nichole Smith in addition to one brother and sister-in-law; Jack & Shannon Pinson of Monticello and one sister and brother-in-law; Carol & Mike Britt of Darlington, SC, one bonus sister and brother-in-law; Tina & Wayne Southerland of Darlington, SC.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Rebecca Kathleen Pinson Whitaker, will be held Sunday, May 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM at the Fellowship Presbyterian Church, Rev. Glenn Vogal will officiate.
