Tracie Elaine Barnes Hart

Tracie Elaine Barnes Hart, age 61 of Jackson, passed away late Saturday January 9, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital. She was born to the late Johnny Hammond and Patricia Earnhart Barnes on Friday December 16, 1959 in Spalding County.

Tracie graduated Indian Springs Academy in the class of 1977 then attended both Griffin Tech and Young Harris College. She was employed at the Butts County Department of Family and Children Services as a legal secretary for the Child Support Recovery Unit for approximately ten years, and she attended The Towaliga Baptist Church.

Tracie is survived by her husband of 39 years, Charles Lennis Hart, her son; Jared Charles Hart, daughter; Ashley Elaine and Chad Feltman, granddaughter; Kynslie Elaine Feltman, brother; Mark Barnes, sister; Alicia Barnes Bryant and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial Service to celebrate the life of Tracie Elaine Barnes Hart will be held Thursday January 14, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home. Rev Heath Miller will officiate. The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home for two hours prior to the service. The family request that in lieu of flowers donations be made to The American Cancer Society, 250 Williams St, Atlanta, GA 30303.
