William (Nicky) Norsworthy

Mr. William (Nicky) Norsworthy, age 61 of Jackson, passed away Wednesday afternoon March 19, 2025, at Grady Memorial Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident. Nicky was born Wednesday, July 17, 1963, in Jackson to James W. (Buddy) & Willie Mayo Norsworthy. Nicky was a lifelong resident of Jackson and graduated Jackson High School in the class of 1981 then attended West Georgia College. He was a member of Stark Methodist Church.

Nicky is survived by his wife; Anita June Norsworthy, his mother; Willie Mayo Norsworthy along with his brother & sister-in-law Tony & Sonja Norsworthy all of Jackson. Nicky is predeceased by his previous wife, Melissa Norsworthy who passed away in May of 2017, his father, James William (Buddy) Norsworthy and his grandparents; David & Frances Mayo and Howard & Mildred Norsworthy.

A Memorial Service for Mr. William (Nicky) Norsworthy will be conducted Saturday April 5, 2025, at 11 AM in the Chapel of Haisten Funeral Home, Mr. Rudy Mangham, Rev. Bob Wooten and Mrs. Cindy Mitchell will officiate. The Family will receive friends immediately prior to the Service beginning at 10 AM.
